Failure to Attend If the client fails to attend within 30mins of the booking start time and does not make contact within or before this timeframe, the booking will be cancelled and invoiced for full payment.

Auslan (Australian Sign Language) is the language of the Australian Deaf community. It is a visual language with its own grammar, syntax, and vocabulary — it is not a signed version of English.
Ideally 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, I understand that some situations are urgent, so please reach out even for short-notice requests and I'll do my best to help or refer you to a colleague.
Yes. I work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Please include your funding details in the booking form.
I specialise in Auslan. If you require an interpreter for another sign language (e.g., ASL, BSL, or International Sign), I can help refer you to an appropriate colleague.

Under the Disability Discrimination Act, the organisation or service provider is generally responsible for arranging and funding interpreting services. This includes employers, educational institutions, medical providers, and government agencies. NDIS participants may also use their plan funding.
